Pre­pare maple cran­ber­ries (see recipe above) and let cool. Us­ing a slot­ted spoon, trans­fer cran­ber­ries to 4 rocks glasses filled with ice. In a cock­tail shaker, shake the re­main­ing cran­berry syrup with 5 oz. bour­bon, 4 oz. cran­berry juice, 2 sprigs fresh rose­mary, and ice. Strain into the glasses. Top with 4 oz. seltzer and 4 sprigs fresh rose­mary. Makes 4.
