CLAS­SIC CHAM­PAGNE COCK­TAIL In­gre­di­ents:

• 4 oz ve­gan cham­pagne

• ¾ tsp or­ganic sugar

• 8 drops an­gos­tura bit­ters

• Lemon peel for gar­nish

Method:

Put the sugar in a cham­pagne flute, add in the bit­ters and top off with cham­pagne.

Gar­nish with a lemon peel.

THE POIN­SET­TIA In­gre­di­ents:

• ½ oz triple sec

• 1 oz pome­gran­ate liqueur

• 3 oz ve­gan cham­pagne

Method:

Pour the triple sec and pome­gran­ate liqueur into a cham­pagne flute and top with cham­pagne

FAUX- JITO In­gre­di­ents:

• 8 oz club soda

• 1 tbsp agave nec­tar

• 5 sweet mint leaves

• 3 slices of lime

Method:

Place the mint leaves and agave in a tall glass and mud­dle to­gether. Top with club soda and gar­nish with lime wedges and mint.
