Nancy Smith Wiles

Nancy Smith Wiles of Amissville, VA died on May 24, 2012 at her home after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born on January 27, 1954.

Nancy was a member of Amissville Baptist Church and enjoyed playing bingo and being a fan of Tim McGraw.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Louise Smith and her brother Randy Smith and her sisters, Wanda Lou Smith and Eva Mae Smith.

Nancy is survived by her husband, James W. Wiles, her daughter, Melissa Dawn Brackenrid­ge, of Amissville, VA and step-children, Anne Hugill, Janet Cameron, and Lisa Sharkey, all of Fairfax, VA and James Wiles, Jr. of Round Hill, VA. Also surviving are her sisters, Tammy Martin of Alexandria, VA, Karen Williams of Chester Gap, VA, her brother, Joey Smith of Madison, VA and her grandchild­ren, Dakota Brackenrid­ge, Devin Brackenrid­ge, and stepgrandc­hildren Josh Wiles, Julie Cameron, Rachelle Cameron, Paige Sharkey, Meara Sharkey, and Timmy Shirah.

A funeral service was held on Monday, May 28, 2012 at 11am at Amissville Baptist Church, Amissville, VA. Interment will be in the Amissville Baptist Church Cemetery.
