Spay/ neuter clinic: Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) offers affordable spay and neuter services for Rappahannock and neighboring county dogs and cats with a clinic that starts at 7 a.m. and is a part- nership with Shenandoah Low Cost Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic.
