‘Working with trauma’ presentation: Rappahannock County Volunteer Fire Rescue Association invites everyone to their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall. The guest speaker is Dr. Denise Horton of Flint Hill, a Harvard-trained trauma therapist and American Red Cross disaster mental health specialist in private practice in Charlottesville and Rappahannock. Her talk covers approaches to working with trauma, grief and loss.
