➤ The Rap­pa­han­nock County Board of Zon­ing Ap­peals meets at 7:30 p.m. Wed­nes­day (May 28) at the county court­house. The agenda in­cludes Mueller barn lo­ca­tion.

➤ Rap­pCats holds its an­nual meet­ing at 7 p.m. Thurs­day (May 29) in the Jamieson Room at the li­brary (4 Li­brary Rd., Wash­ing­ton). Dis­cus­sion items: sum­mary of 2013 ac­tiv­ity and achieve­ments and goals for 2014. Mem­bers will vote on a pro­posed slate of di­rec­tors.
