➤ The Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday (May 28) at the county courthouse. The agenda includes Mueller barn location.
➤ RappCats holds its annual meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday (May 29) in the Jamieson Room at the library (4 Library Rd., Washington). Discussion items: summary of 2013 activity and achievements and goals for 2014. Members will vote on a proposed slate of directors. ➤ The new 4-H Horse Club, founded by Sally Petty of Trillium Valley Miniature Horse Farm and Lisa Irish of Irish Acres Farm, meets every other Monday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Petty’s farm (10 Estes Mill Rd., Sperryville) to ride horses and ponies.
