➤ The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority meets at 7 p.m. (a change from the usual 5:30 p.m.) tonight (Thursday, June 12) at the courthouse. On the agenda are public hearings for a proposed sewer rate increase in Sperryville, and proposed changes to the authority’s rules and regulations.

➤ The Rappahannock County Planning Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. June 18 at the county courthouse on Gay Street. Agenda includes: Narmada Winery Conference Center, Schriver Bed and Breakfast, building permit report and variance request.

➤ Hospice of the Rapidan conducts Caregivers Support Groups providing practical support tips and community resource information for anyone who is caring for a terminally ill loved one.
