➤ In the May 29 story about the Wash­ing­ton Town Coun­cil ap­prov­ing $5,000 to sup­port the town’s interests re­lated to the Inn at Lit­tle Wash­ing­ton’s culi­nary fes­ti­val Inn­stock, the money will come from the town’s meals and lodg­ing taxes. Res­i­dents of the town are not taxed.

➤ In two re­cent sto­ries about the BZA, the newspaper in­cor­rectly stated own­er­ship of a prop­erty. In April 2016 Phyliss Fra­zier gave per­mis­sion for her son and daugh­terin-law, Ashley Marie Fra­zier, to place a per­ma­nent mo­bile home on her 3.3 acre par­cel in Bos­ton. Sub­se­quently, Ashley ob­tained a spe­cial use per­mit for a fam­ily apart­ment.
