➤ The TOWN OF WASHINGTON COUNCIL meets on Monday, June 11, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Highlights from the agenda include approval of the Budget and a Task Force Update.

➤ The TOWN OF WASHINGTON’S TOURISM TASK FORCE will meet on Monday, June 11, at 5:45 p.m. prior to the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall. Highlights of the agenda include a discussion of marketing/branding goals and tourism-related action steps for 2018 as outlined in the Comprehens­ive Plan. The public is invited to attend. The Tourism Task Force plans to hold its meetings each month before the Town Council meeting.

➤ The RAPPAHANNO­CK COUNTY WATER & SEWER AUTHORITY (RCWSA) meets at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June

14. The meeting will be held at the Town Hall at 485 Gay Street, Washington.

➤ The TOWN OF WASHINGTON’S PLANNING COMMISSION meets on Tuesday, June 19, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Agenda highlights include a continued discussion of the Draft P to P Ordinance and a review of the Zoning Ordinance. The regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting for Monday, June 25, 2018 has been cancelled.
