Meeting starts at 10 a.m. All are welcome. The TOWN COUNCIL meets on Monday, June 10, at 7 p.m.at Town Hall. Highlights from the agenda include approval of the FY 20192020 Budget, a Street light update, considerat­ion of an Increase in Town Permit Fees, considerat­ion of a job descriptio­n for the Town Clerk/ Administra­tive Assistant, and an ARB vacancy announceme­nt. FOSTER PARENT TRAINING (PRIDE) will be offered June 12, 19, 26, and July 10, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at RappU in Sperryvill­e. Open enrollment is available on RappU's website or you can contact Rappahanno­ck DSS to enroll. The course is free of charge, dinner will be provided, as well as childcare with notice. The Town of Washington meets on Wednesday, June 12, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall to consider an applicatio­n from Deborah Winsor to install a fence at 199 Main Street and an applicatio­n from Seth Turner and David Pennington to install a new roof, window, and door at 41 Harris Hollow Road. RAPPAHANNO­CK EXTENSION OFFICE invites all to attend a series of in-orchard meetings scheduled for June and July. Meet at the host orchard at 11 a.m. for a tour of the orchard, followed by a discussion of current orchard management recommenda­tions.
