LeFay Cottage makes Forbes list of seven U.S. escapes
The headline in Forbes reads, “7 Eastern U.S. Country Retreats to Escape to this Summer.”
Two of them are in Virginia, including our own LeFay Cottage outside Little Washington. “Sitting at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, LeFay Cottage . . . offers an ideal country escape in Virginia’s horse and wine country,” the story says of the three-bedroom property on five acres along Christmas Tree Lane, further “adorned with French and English antiques and chandeliers.”
Forbes observes there’s something magical about summer in the countryside in the eastern part of the United States — “roughing it in comfort,” is how it’s described.
“Just don’t forget to pack that . . . bug repellant,” the article accurately points out.
HEALING DISCUSSION
Madeline Letts is healing from a chronic illness called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, which she has suffered with at varying degrees for over 25 years. The medical community could only offer her some relief from a few of her symptoms.
“I was blessed to come across an at-home healing program,” she reveals.
Letts will speak about her healing journey on Friday, August 23, at the Rappahannock County Library.
If you suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivities, chronic pain, electric hypersensitivity, irritable bowel syndrome, food sensitivities, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, inflammatory conditions, Lyme’s disease or other chronic illnesses this is the lecture you will want to attend.
For more information call Letts at 540-987-8040.
She s also donating two books to the library in hopes others will learn there is hope and healing.
