Rachel Marie Hottle Gattozzi

RachelMarie Hottle Gattozzi, 61, of Odenton, MD, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center. She was born on September 25, 1960 in Front Royal, VA to the late George Henry Hottle and Mary R. Gaunt Hottle.

She graduated from Rappahannock County High School in 1981. Rachel was a member of Cornerstone Church in Bowie, MD. She was baptized at Reformation Lutheran Church in Culpeper. Rachel loved animals, especially her two cats, Lynx and Joe.

Rachel is survived by her twin sister, Becky Delf and her sister Mary Martha Hottle; parents-in-law, Bernie and Pat Gattozzi and many cousins, extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of six years, Raymond Gattozzi.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701. Facial coverings are required to enter the building.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Brad Hales officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Sperryville Cemetery.
