Ronald Lee Robey, "Ronnie", 77, of Amissville, VA passed away at Fairfax INOVA Hospital on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

He was born on July 14, 1945 to the late Earl Courtney Robey and Helen Tappy Robey. In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Carolyn Robey.

Ronald was a Veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Bingham and Taylor in Culpeper as a machine operator. Ronald enjoyed retirement, reading, watching baseball and most of all, his family.

Ronald was better known to his family and friends as "Ronnie" and to his children and grandchild­ren he was "Pop" or "Granddaddy".

Ronald is survived by his children, Ronny Lee Robey (Stephanie) of Orange, VA., Brian Michael Robey (Susan) of Charlottes­ville, VA., Terry Courtney Robey (Janet) of Amissville, VA. and Joshua Adam Robey (Megan) of Flint Hill, Va.; his grandchild­ren, Sabrina Howard (James), Kayla Robey, Jenna Robey, Isabelle Robey, Carolyn Robey and Annie Robey; his great-grandchild­ren, Brody, Liana, Jayden and Ayla Howard.

He is also survived by his siblings, Kenneth Robey (June), Beverly Blanton (Donald), Sheila Sullivan (Ronald), Gerald Robey (Michelle) and Terrance Robey (Andrea); and a host of many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 6 pm until 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryvill­e Pike, Culpeper, VA. 22701

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 12, 2022 at 10 am at Fairview Cemetery, 822 Sperryvill­e Pike, Culpeper, VA. with Pastor Wes Mills officiatin­g. An online guestbook and tribute wall are available at www.foundandso­ns.com. Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper is serving the family.
