Quick-release Body
The same quick-release latch system that Traxxas pioneered with the X-maxx is put to good use on the Rustler 4X4, which means there are no body clips to fuss with—just twist and lift the latch, then slide the body off the front shock tower. The mechanism is all under the body, and it’s built into a reinforcing cage that incorporates roof-protecting rails on the outside of the shell. The rails also help the Rustler 4X4 rock back onto its roof if you flip it over, thanks to Traxxas’ patented self-righting technology.
