It’s a Wrap
I painted up the chassis to give my Bomber a new look, but after doing that, the stock painted panels didn’t look as good when bolted up to it. I was going to take the time to paint some new clear panels but then I stumbled upon SOR Graphics. These guys make wraps for dirt bikes, quads, T-shirts, and so on. They also make wraps for RC vehicles, and one of the ones on the list is the Bomber. I gave them a call and ended up with a custom-designed wrap for my rig that did a good job of matching the red chassis that I have. I further enhanced the look by detailing the stock interior to give it a more realistic look. You can see how I did it in the May 2016 issue of RC Car Action magazine.
