FINAL WORD

As fun as this modified Slash already is, there’s still more that can be done to it. The list of Pro-line upgrade parts in it may be long, but from what I understand, the company amazingly offers even more for the kit and I’m not even talking about power upgrades at this point. In the future, I hope to swap out the stock brushed motor and ESC combo with a brushless system. Perhaps a Traxxas Velineon VXL-3S Brushless Power System is what Herbie needs to really stretch its legs. Until then, Herbie the Short Course Bug will still be having fun zipping around the park.
