REMOVING SHOCKS?
Some people may advise to remove shocks when adjusting suspension droop, however I’ve found it to be the best practice to keep shocks installed when making adjustments. The reason for this is when reinstalling shocks, the springs will put load on the lower arm that wasn’t accounted for. This added spring tension may push the suspension arm down beyond the unsprung measurement point, rendering your droop measurement useless. Keep it simple and accurate by keeping your shocks on the car.
