Traxxas offers a great deal of support products and accessories for their vehicles, many of them finding a permanent home in our pit boxes and on our workbenches. One noteworthy item we wanted to highlight is the Traxxas Shock Oil Set with Spinning Carousel.
This shock oil set comes with seven different oil weights ranging from 20wt (200cst) all the way to 80wt (1,000cst) giving a wide range of tuning options. All bottles are 2fl oz and feature a handy screw-cap dripper top, allowing for messfree oil pouring. The shock oil set comes with a spinning carousel that conveniently houses all seven bottles, and spins to make oil selection super simple.
TESTING
The Traxxas Shock Oil Set Carousel does that nice job of keeping all the shocks oils I might need at the ready. Rather than having all the shock oil bottles in a corner of the bench, or inconveniently in a drawer, the carousel keeps them nice and tidy and at arm’s reach whenever I need them.
The carousel itself has a heavy antislip base, so it stays put. The carousel spins smoothly which further adds to the convenience factor of the whole package. The shock oils are 100% pure silicone and non-staining, so you know you’ll be getting the very best quality oil. The included oil weights span a good range that allow me to make noticeable changes to my vehicles as needed.
