While it’s true that you are al­lowed only up to 3.4 ounces of any fluid, Trans­porta­tion Se­cu­rity Ad­min­is­tra­tion reg­u­la­tions do let full wa­ter bot­tles through in one case—if they are “frozen solid when pre­sented for screen­ing.” The catch is se­ri­ous, how­ever: “If frozen liq­uid items are par­tially melted, slushy, or have any liq­uid at the bot­tom of the con­tainer,” you’ll likely have to toss the whole thing. * From Rd.com re­port­ing
