I had panic at­tacks for 28 years, took ev­ery pre­scrip­tion drug in the book, med­i­tated, ex­er­cised, etc. Three years ago, I went on a ve­gan diet but con­tin­ued to eat seafood be­cause my nutri­tion­ist ad­vised against quit­ting meat cold turkey.
