Time in Memoriam
After my husband passed away, I had no choice but to find new homes for all of his electronics. A man named Jim wanted a clock my husband had made, even though it was dusty and all the wires were hanging out of it. Weeks later, a package came: my husband’s clock, gleaming and working like new. Jim’s note said he had a strong urge to fix it and return it to me. I believe my husband wanted that clock to be home again. —Ellen Haveman Newtown, New Jersey
