I’m not tech-savvy, but after reading this article, I had a thought: Instead of trying to stop cell phones from entering the prison system, isn’t there a way to block cell service altogether? With all we can do with technology, stopping people already behind bars from laundering millions of dollars should be kind of a no-brainer. —Kaline Dillion
