THE LONG JOURNEY DOWN

1. The crew lives in a pressurized “tin can” for 28 days to stay acclimated.

2. To reach the deep sea, they enter a diving bell.

3. The bell is lowered; the divers stay connected to it via umbilical cords.

4. The bell is dragged away, and Lemons’s lifeline snaps.

5. Alone at the bottom of the sea, Lemons slips into unconsciousness.
