The Reunion of a Lifetime

We met and fell deeply in love during our freshman year in college. Like Donna in the Everyday Miracle story (October), Carol got pregnant. We married with our parents’ blessings and had a beautiful son. We went on to have five children. Both of us earned advanced degrees. Carol became a teacher and I enjoyed a career as an engineer, architect, contractor, and developer. Next month we will celebrate our 63rd anniversary surrounded by our loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
