Red Handed Tattoo in Shreveport, Louisiana, was one of our 2020 Nicest Places in America. When Easter Lynn of Everett, Washington, read about the tattoo parlor’s generous open-door policy, she wanted to pay a visit—and commemorate it forever. “What we did during the pandemic gave her hope,” says owner Micah Harold, who inked Lynn himself.
