Any bakers worth their salt should be plenty stocked up on flour for the baking season. Keep it from taking over your pantry (and lengthen its shelf life) by transferri­ng it to a large square container and storing it in the refrigerat­or. Why square? “Square containers take up 25% less space than round ones,” says Susan Reid of King Arthur Baking.
