2 SPAGHETTI SCRAM­BLE WITH HAM AND CHEESE

Cook 6 oz. chopped ham in 2 Tbsp. olive oil in a large skil­let over high un­til browned. Add 2 cups chopped cooked spaghetti (from 4 oz. un­cooked) and cook for 1 minute. Add 3 beaten eggs, 1 cup shred­ded Ched­dar, and 3 sliced scal­lions; cook, stir­ring gen­tly to scram­ble. Sea­son with salt and pep­per.
