STAND­ING KET­TLE­BELL PIS­TOL CURL

Be­gin in a stand­ing po­si­tion with palms neu­tral and a lighter ket­tle­bell in each hand. Crush the han­dles hard as you curl the ket­tle­bells, keep­ing your palms fac­ing each other through­out the move­ment. At the very top, flex or squeeze your bi­ceps and hold for one sec­ond.

Slowly lower the ket­tle­bells back to the start­ing po­si­tion.
