Here’s what these ex­er­cises would look like in a pro­gram. You’ll pair A’s to­gether mean­ing you’d com­plete A1, rest for 45 sec­onds, then A2, rest for 45 sec­onds, and do that two more times. You’d then do the same thing for B1 and B2. For C, you’ll al­ter­nate sides with 30 sec­onds rest.
