Aca­dia Chef Ryan McCaskey has qui­etly turned his South Loop restau­rant into one of the finest in Chicago. Since open­ing in 2010, he has racked up an arm­ful of im­por­tant awards, in­clud­ing Jean Banchet best new restau­rant, two Miche­lin stars and four stars from the Chicago Tri­bune.
