Acadia Chef Ryan McCaskey has quietly turned his South Loop restaurant into one of the finest in Chicago. Since opening in 2010, he has racked up an armful of important awards, including Jean Banchet best new restaurant, two Michelin stars and four stars from the Chicago Tribune.
