Emer­son and his busi­ness part­ners de­vel­oped many Chesterfield projects in­clud­ing River’s Bend, Mead­owville Land­ing, Ch­ester Vil­lage Green, The High­lands, Colony Vil­lage Apart­ments and Moore’s Lake Apart­ments.

Ryan Fanelli, a part­ner and first vice pres­i­dent at Hen­rico-based bro­ker­age Com­mon­wealth Com­mer­cial Part­ners. He works with de­vel­op­ers and oth­ers who are buy­ing and sell­ing sites for com­mer­cial and res­i­den­tial project de­vel­op­ment.
