LB Brown suffers elbow injury in win against Ravens
The Tennessee Titans lost linebacker Jayon Brown for the season in their overtime road victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
NFL.com reported that Brown suffered a dislocated and fractured elbow.
Brown was sidelined with seconds left in the first half of the Titans’ 30-24 win. The injury occurred when Brown tried to brace himself as he fell when he was clipped by Ravens guard Ben Powers on a 1-yard run by J.K. Dobbins. Powers was penalized for clipping.
Brown, 25, leads the Titans with 76 tackles this season.
Gentry, Haden suffer knee injuries
Tight end Zach Gentry of the unbeaten Pittsburgh Steelers sustained a significant knee injury and cornerback Joe Haden suffered a minor knee injury in a win against Jacksonville.
Jaguars defensive end
Josh Allen injured his left knee, but should be fine. Cornerbacks TreHerndon (knee) and Chris Claybrooks (groin), and safety
Daniel Thomas (arm) left in the second half, and coach Doug Marrone said Thomas will go on injured reserve. Left guard Andrew Norwell (arm) was ruled out in the third quarter.
Patriots-Texans: New England running back Rex Burkhead sustained a knee injury against Houston and had to be helped off the field. He was later taken to the locker room on a cart.
Texans receivers Kenny Stills (leg) and Randall Cobb (foot) were injured.
Lions-Panthers: Detroit cornerback Phil
Ford and Carolina guard
DennisDaley left with concussions.
Eagles-Browns: Cleveland safety Ronnie Harrison injured his knee on Philadelphia’s first series and didn’t return. Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox left with an apparent leg injury and cornerback
Cre’Von LeBlanc rolled his ankle. Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson was sidelined by a shoulder injury
Falcons-Saints: Atlanta linebacker MykalWalker limped off favoring his left hamstring in a loss against New Orleans. Linebacker
Foyesade Oluokun was treated on the field and walked to the sideline. Receiver Julio Jones saw limited action because of hamstring tightness. Saints left guard Andrus Peat left with a concussion and Deonte Harris left with a stinger.
Packers: Green Bay lost center Corey Linsley (back) in the first quarter of its overtime loss at Indianapolis.
Cowboys: Dallas cornerback Anthony Brown (ribs) left the game in the fourth quarter of a victory against the Vikings.
Broncos: Denver safety
Trey Marshall injured a lower leg in a win against Miami.
York running back
La’Mical Perine and offensive tackle George Fant left with ankle injuries in a loss to the Chargers. Los Angeles defensive end Uchenna Nwosu (shoulder) and cornerback Casey Hayward Jr. (groin) both left the game.
