Revolution Cheer competes at UCA International Championship
Revolution All Star Cheer traveled to Orlando, FL on March 11th and 12th. They competed in Varsity’s UCA International All Star Cheer Championship at the ESPN Center. Revolution’s Junior Level 2 came home with 8th place internationally and competed against some of the top teams around the world.
Day one’s score was 90.57 and day two’s score was 91.87 with a final score of 91.54. The top score of the competition was 95. They also hit zero in their routine, which was outstanding accomplishment considering the extensive judging panel. This is only the team’s second year since the organization opened in Johnsonburg. They have accomplished so many goals already and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The team was accommodated at Disney’s All Star Sports Resort. They also got to watch and meet some of the top cheer teams in the world such as Top Gun. “It was an experi
ence of a lifetime and very emotional as you saw Revolution and the town of Johnsonburg come across the jumbotron”, said owners Justine Kuntz and Jenna Zimmerman. “We hope this trip provided the athlete’s memories that last a lifetime and gives
them new goals to work towards.”
The Revolution Squad consists of Braelynn Bowley, Brittany Eaton, Kaylee Johnson, Kinzee Hoffman, Raylin Lovell, Lexis Mucahy, Gianna Zimmerman, Mia Ginther, Elexis Havrda, Renee Elmquist, Ana Buck and alternate
Jayla Jocobus. Coached by Jenna Zimmerman, Morgan Pisani and Patrick Dennis.
