Patricia Marie McGuire Perryman
Patricia Marie McGuire Perryman, 79, left this world on February 12, 2024, to join her beloved husband, Robert (Bob) Perryman, who passed away on December 2018, and whom she missed dearly.
Patty was born in Kane Hospital on May 28, 1944, daughter of the late Gertrude and James McGuire. In addition to her husband and her parents, Patty's brother, Paul McGuire, of Millerstorn, Pa., preceded her in death.
She was a 1962 graduate of Kane Area High School. She spent most of her adult life living in Ridgway but most recently resided in Davenport, Iowa.
She was previously employed by Stackpole in Kane and retired from Metaldyne in Ridgway after being employed for many years. Patty was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting. She loved shopping trips and spending time with her friends. Patty was a collector and enjoyed her large display of lighthouses.
Patty is survived by two brothers, Thomas (Robin) McGuire of Mt
Jewett and John McGuire of Warren; four daughters, Jodi Jafari of Annapolis, Maryland; Shannon (Larry) Hatem of Clearwater, Florida; Erynne Nichole (George) Chong of New Zealand; Jaime (Billy) Quade of Davenport, Iowa; and her special "adopted" daughter (as known by Patty), Ava Yeager, of Johnsonburg . She is also survived by her step-children: Linda (James) Caggeso of Ridgway, Robert J. Perryman; Jeffrey (Nancy) Perryman of Ridgway; and Diane (David) Brennan of Delft, Netherlands. Patty had several grandchildren: Regan, Kylie, Damian, Jeremy, Brendan, Kristie, Aizen, Sabrina; six great-grandchildren and many step-grandchildren and great step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held for Patricia Perryman at a later date. Donations in her memory can be made to The Ridgway High School Alumni Association scholarship fund in care of Elk County Community Foundation, 111 Erie Ave., St Marys, PA.
