Ford factories churn out F-150s at the rate of one per minute. Building the company’s supercar, however, requires a small team, not a production line. The crew at Multimatic in Markham, Ontario, brings to the table longtime expertise in hand-assembling one-off racing machines. Each carbon-fiber-chassis Ford GT is the work of a staff of roughly 85. Production averages one GT per day.
