The Answers (p. 58). “I really enjoy photographing subjects in their homes, as you can usually capture a certain comfort that might otherwise be hard to get,” she says. “Photographing Alfredo was lovely—we had a beautiful, sunny day, and the light in the living room was spectacular.” Golio is the cofounder of We Are the Youth, a photojournalism project that shares the stories of young members of the LGBTQ+ community in the US.
