2 oz sherried single-malt

Scotch whisky 3/4 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

(or other sweet vermouth) 1/4 oz Bénédictin­e

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredient­s to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 25 seconds. Strain into a stem med glass and garnish with a lemontwist.
