Rather than defunding police, why not train U.S. cops to the same level as other Western countries? Higher training costs would be more than offset by less litigation, not to mention reduced violence and a more respectful approach.

It’s not just Chicago — all cop shops have bad cops and good cops (what few there really are refuse to rat out the bad cops). It’s beyond time to root out all the bad ones — especially the white nationalists.
