STAY IN AN IGLOO

-

Sometimes, even the most restless spirit needs a little time for isolation. A reprieve to sort shit out, detox from civilization and its discontents. Finland, Norway, Greenland — they’re crawling with igloo accommodations where you can listen to the snow fall in silence, curled up in a sleeping bag, fuzzy socks, and reindeer skins, as temperatures hover just below the freezing point. Sure, you can also snowshoe, dog-sled, ski. And there are high-end igloos made of glass. But for the authentic old-school experience, just get down to the basic ice igloo. It’s just you, your snow fortress of solitude, and your meditative brooding, under the northern lights.
