before Tuesday’s primary elections. The Floyd County Elections Office has a universal precinct open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the second floor of the County Administra­tion Building, 12 E. Fourth Ave. All precincts will be open Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
