Guilty on count 1) theft by receiving stolen property, count 2) purchase/possess/control on controlled substance, count 3) carrying weapon without a license, count 4) criminal damage to property in the second degree, count 5) possession of offensive weapon during the commission of a crime, count 6) discharge firearm on/near highway and count 7) possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
