Rosland Nicole Blount, 418 Walter St., apt. 14. Guilty on count 1) fleeing/ attempting to elude a police officer, count 2) failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicle, count 3) reckless driving, count 4) reckless conduct, count 5) obstruction or hindering law enforcement and counts 6)-7) cruelty to children in the third degree. Sentenced to serve five years probation. Fine: $500. April 3.

Sentenced to serve one year.To serve one year with credit for time served, balance on probation. April 3. Rodney Nicholos Pope, 2526 New Calhoun Highway. Guilty on count 2) purchase/possess/control on controlled substance. Sentenced to serve seven years. To serve two years suspended upon entry and completion of RSAT. April 3. Guilty on count 1) theft by taking. Sentenced to serve one year probation. April 3. Jody Leigh Strattard, 312 E. Seventh St. Guilty on count 1) purchase/possess/ control on controlled substance. Sentenced to serve three years.To serve four months with credit for time served, balance on probation. Fine: $1,000. April 3.
