The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail Thursday.

City Solid Waste Collection­s Department will be closed Thursday. Thursday garbage and recycling will be collected on Friday. Yard carts will not be serviced.

All banks will be closed Thursday.

Rome City Transit will not run Thursday.

The Rome-Floyd County Library will be closed Thursday.

Department of Driver Services offices will be closed Thursday.

Rome News-Tribune will be closed Thursday.
