Jail inmate faces new felony obstruction charge

An inmate at the Floyd County Jail took a swing at jail personnel resulting in new felony obstruction charges being filed against him.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Dylan Thomas Mohler, 19, of 15 Westhaven Drive, is accused of balling up his fists and taking a swing at two jail officers early Friday morning, putting the officers in fear of physical injury.

Mohler was originally arrested Thursday on traffic charges including driving on a suspended license and speeding.
