The Friends of the Library will sponsor their annual spring paperback book sale on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and May 20 and 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Rome-Floyd County Library, 205 Riverside Parkway. Books of various genres will be priced $0.25 and $0.50 and magazines will be $0.10 each. Proceeds benefit the library and the Friends of the Library.

Third Saturday Cruise-In will hold their antique and classic vehicle cruisein at 6 p.m. on Saturday at East Rome Burger King, 1323 Turner McCall Blvd. Admission is free. Cruise-ins are held the third Saturday of each month. For more informatio­n call Richard at 770-324-8965.

Whole Boston butts and racks of ribs will be $30 each, dinner plates with chicken leg quarter or pulled pork will be $10 each, brisket dinner plates with beef from Lyons Bridge Beef will be $18 each and sandwiches will be $6 each. Oak Hill & The Martha Berry Museum, 24 Veterans Memorial Highway, will host From Tree to Treasure: Woodturnin­gs by Al Christophe­r, an exhibition of more than 50 unique woodturnin­gs by Berry College alumnus Al Christophe­r, through May 25. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office will hold their second annual Building Unity in the Community golf tournament on June 14 at 8:30 a.m. at Stonebridg­e Golf Club, 585 Stonebridg­e Drive.
