Report: Purse stolen out of woman’s car Monday at laundromat in Garden Lakes

A woman reported her purse stolen out of her vehicle outside a laundromat on Garden Lakes Boulevard.

According to Rome police reports:

The woman had gone to the Mini Mart next door to the laundromat early Monday morning to get change.

When she left the store, she noticed her jacket sleeve hanging out of her driver’s side door.

After checking the car, the woman realized her silver purse was missing. It contained her Social Security card, driver’s license and debit card.
