CHUPP, Mary Strickland

Mrs. Mary Strickland Chupp, age 84 of Rome passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in a local health care facility.

Mrs. Chupp was born September 19, 1937, in Roswell, GA. the daughter of the late Henry Strickland and Voncile Whitley Strickland. She was a member of Creek Path Baptist Church in Guntersvil­le, Alabama. Mrs. Chupp was retired from Laquinta Inns as a hotel manager.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Don Chupp Sr. Sons David (Shirley) Chupp and Donny (Joy) Chupp. Grandchild­ren, Jeffrey Chupp, Andrew Chupp, Meriel Chupp, Mary Elizabeth Johns and Hannah Addis, Great grandchild­ren, Trey, Kate, Samuel, Benjamin, Laura, Eleanor, Hudson, Asher and Clementine.

A celebratio­n of Mrs. Chupps life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday November 30, 2021 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Rick Douglas and Rev. Brandon -RKQV RI¿FLDWLQJ 7KH IDPLO\ will receive friends one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
