Task force busts 3 at Warren Road home

The Rome-floyd Metro Task Force arrested three people on drug charges at a home on Warren Road in Armuchee on Wednesday afternoon, reports state.

According to Floyd County Jail reports: Gina Suzette Storey, 48, and Gregory Shane Storey, 47, are charged with felony traffickin­g of meth as well as possession with intent to distribute and possession of meth after being found with over 28 grams of meth. They are also charged with misdemeano­r possession of drug-related objects.

Bobby Joe Bramblett, 58, is charged with felony possession of meth. As of Thursday, Gina and Gregory Storey were being held without bond and Bramblett’s bond was set at $5,700.

ADAIRSVILL­E WOMAN ACCUSED OF ASSAULT BY CAR

An Adairsvill­e woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on Shoals Ferry Road after police say she tried to run someone over with her car, reports state.

According to Floyd County Jail reports: Alexis Marie Rayburn, 20, is charged with felony aggravated assault. She’s also charged with misdemeano­r criminal trespass, for failing to leave the property after being told to leave, and driving with a suspended license. She remained in jail on Thursday without bond.

ARMUCHEE MAN CHARGED WITH MAKING TERRORISTI­C THREATS

An Armuchee man is facing charges following an incident Wednesday night when police say he threatened to kill the mother of his daughter, who was a witness, reports state.

According to Floyd County Jail reports: James David Cochran, Jr., 39, of a Warren Road address is charged with felony making terroristi­c threats. He was being held without bond as of Thursday.
