Silver Creek man accused of pointing gun at individual and pulling trigger
A Silver Creek man is accused of pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger early Saturday morning at a residence on Wax Road near Harmony Road, reports state.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
John Timothy Dobson, 66, is charged with felony aggravated assault as well as misdemeanor criminal damage to property. He is accused of kicking a door off the hinges and breaking several items in the kitchen.
He remained in jail without bond as of Monday.
INMATES CHARGED WITH FIGHTING AT FLOYD COUNTY JAIL
Three inmates at the Floyd County Jail are accused of fighting in two separate incidents on Friday and Saturday, reports state.
According to Floyd County
Jail reports:
Israel Chase Terry, 26, and Jose Israel Sierra, 46, are both charged with felony unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution for an incident early Friday morning at the jail.
Additionally, Camecka Shunta Snelling, 43, is charged with felony unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution and misdemeanor battery for punching a person in a separate incident.
All three remained in jail without bond as of Monday.
WOMAN CHARGED WITH STEALING PULLED PORK FROM PEPPERELL MIDDLE
A West Rome woman was arrested Friday and charged with stealing four cases of pulled pork, worth almost $500, from Pepperell Middle School, reports state.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Natasha Shermine Driver, 46, is charged with misdemeanor theft. She altered records and told her co-workers that the pork was being transferred to another school but was later seen putting the pork into her vehicle.
