‘NCIS’ gets back in action in Los Angeles, New Orleans

A semblance of normal returns as “NCIS: Los Angeles” and “NCIS: New Orleans” return for new seasons at approximately 8:30 and 9:30 p.m., respectively — or whenever football allows — on Sunday, Nov. 8, via CBS ( WWJChannel 62 in Detroit).
